Presented in a lightly textured custom rigid box in deep chocolate, finished with a magnetic closure, debossed Haus of Eli mark, and gold skeleton key detail at the flap. Along the spine, the collection name and volume are stamped in premium gold foil.
Inside, all three Volume I room sprays are accompanied by an antique gold-plated collection charm and a soft-touch manifesto card.

Spray lightly into the air to scent your space.
CAUTION: Avoid spraying directly onto furniture, finished surfaces, or delicate materials. Test on an inconspicuous area before use. May cause allergic reaction or irritation.
PLEASE NOTE: This fragrance is formulated with some natural aromatic compounds, which respond to heat and light over time. Store in a cool, dark place when not in use. Extended heat or direct sun exposure may cause temporary clouding or a shift in color. This does not affect the fragrance or its performance.
Haus of Eli room sprays contain alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods for transportation. As such, they require special handling and are limited to approved shipping methods.
Room sprays currently ship within the contiguous United States only and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Other Haus of Eli products may be eligible for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
International shipping is not currently available.

SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and order details. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid street address is provided at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Haus of Eli is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders. Expedited shipping is available at a flat rate, with pricing details shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Haus of Eli is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY
All Home Fragrance Product Sales Are FINAL
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any home fragrance products. We encourage customers who are new to our fragrance line to begin with our Discovery Set before committing to a full-size purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@hausofeli.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, you will have the option to receive a full refund in the form of a non-transferable gift card or a free replacement at no additional cost. You are not required to return the original item.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria or that appear fraudulent.
Limited Edition Products
All sales on limited edition products are FINAL. These products are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
