We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors and details may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and photography.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
5. orders
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or orders affected by pricing errors.
6. payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
7. shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Haus of Eli is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

8. return policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any home fragrance products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@hausofeli.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photo evidence of the damage or error. If your claim is approved, you will have the option to receive a full refund in the form of a non-transferable gift card or a free replacement at no additional cost. You are not required to return the original item.

9. limited edition products
Certain products, including the Archival Box, are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be restocked. All sales on limited edition products are FINAL.
10. product safety
Room Sprays
Our room spray products contain alcohol and are flammable. Keep away from open flames and heat sources. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not spray near eyes or on sensitive skin. For external use and home fragrance purposes only.

Candles
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, and vibrations. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children and pets. Keep the wax pool free of debris, wick trimmings, and matches. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Discontinue use when only ¼ inch of wax remains. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Our candles are intended for decorative and aromatic use only. Haus of Eli is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.
11. member accounts
Customers may create an account on our website to manage orders, track purchases, and access member features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@hausofeli.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@hausofeli.com.
12. gift cards
Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards may only be redeemed toward purchases made on hausofeli.com. Haus of Eli is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@hausofeli.com.
13. intellectual property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Jannie Bean LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jannie Bean LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

16. governing law + Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of this website will be resolved by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
17. severibility
In the event that any provision of these Terms + Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any specific purchase orders or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Jannie Bean LLC and govern your use of the website and purchase of goods, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
